2. Pick a filter (cute, cursive, bold, fancy or lines) to narrow the list, or scroll through all of them.
3. Click Copy next to the style you like and paste it into your bio, caption, username or message.

What does a font generator actually do?

It doesn't install a font. Unicode, the standard every phone and computer uses for text, includes thousands of characters that look like styled letters: bold and italic maths letters, circled letters, small capitals and more. The generator swaps each of your letters for its look-alike, so the result is ordinary text. That is why it keeps its style when you paste it somewhere that only accepts plain text, like an Instagram bio or a Discord name.

Where you can paste these fonts

Instagram and TikTok bios, X and Threads posts, Discord names and messages, WhatsApp, game nicknames and most comment boxes. A few apps strip unusual characters or show some of them as empty boxes, so check the result before you post. Bold, italic and script styles are the most widely supported.
